Tillage machine for working with seed drill

The cultivation and seeding unit is designed for pre-sowing soil preparation following pre-sowing or pre-winter plowing. Its operation includes loosening and leveling the soil's upper layer, crushing clods, eradicating weeds, and compacting the soil below sowing depth to enhance water absorption and ensure better plant emergence. The cultivation unit with a seeder lift is ideal for farms with tractors of small lifting capacity for cultivation and seeding tasks. Choosing a lightweight cultivation unit is justified by its minimal operating costs. Utilizing this machine with a seeder is an economical and efficient option.

An effective solution for light and medium soils

The Rolmako cultivation and seeding unit is designed for use on light and medium-compact soils. This machine is compatible with a seeder, allowing for pre-sowing cultivation and seeding in a single pass. S-type tines are arranged in 2 or 3 rows to optimize the passage of plant residues, clods, and stones. The unit features a universal hitch axle, facilitating suspension on the tractor's lower links. It is available in four working widths: 2.5 m, 2.7 m, 3.0 m, and 4.0 m. The universal hydraulic lift ensures seamless connection with any seeder. Low tractor power requirements, high working efficiency, and compact dimensions for easy transport are the key features that enhance the farmer's work.

Optimal conditions for the seeding machine

The working elements are designed for light and medium soils, supporting operations at speeds up to 12 km/h. The spring tine mounting system facilitates simple replacement. Depending on the model, the S-type tines are arranged in either two or three rows. The standard machine includes both bent or straight tines. Proper spacing of the cultivation tools within a row ensures uniform soil loosening and effective results. The adjustable working elements accommodate any seeder type. For cultivation and seeding units, customers frequently select a pipe roller for light soils, a string roller with cogged bars or Packer for stronger soils, and a Crosskill roller for breaking clods in dry, lumpy soil.

Machine construction

1. Three-point suspension system tower

The massive suspension system serves as the supporting element of the cultivation unit. The solid three-point hitch tower makes the machine durable and resistant to loads.

2. Front string diagonal roller

The front roller with a diameter of 325 mm is connected on a common swingarm with the rear tillage roller to ensure terrain following and perfect adaptation to the cultivated soil.

3. Working elements

S-type spring tines are mounted in two or three rows. The number of tines in both variants is identical. A greater number of rows means larger gaps between the tines.

4. PREMIUM working elements

The machine employs internationally recognized soil cultivation systems, utilizing readily available high-quality components from specialized suppliers.

5. Working depth adjustment

The depth parameter is adjusted using a screw on both sides of the unit. Securing the selected depth with a pin protects the adjustment mechanisms from wear during operation.

6. Lift for seeder

Compatible with all models of grain seed drills. The central screw for connecting the seed drill is included in the equipment.

7. Supports for the seeder wheels

During transport, it is important that the seeder's wheels rest on supports designed for this purpose, thus relieving the hydraulic lift of the unit.

8. Tillage rollers

To effectively cultivate the soil, selecting the appropriate tillage roller is essential. The choice hinges on the type of soil and the desired outcome. Each roller variant is tailored for specific working conditions.

9. Roller cleaning system

Cleaning elements made of wear-resistant, hardened boron steel.

10. Solid oversized machine frame

The solid frame construction is the most critical element of the cultivation machine. The substantial amount of steel used in its construction makes these robust tools capable of utilizing the high power of modern agricultural tractors, ensuring many years of operation on the farm.

11. Quality steel

Achieving a high-quality final product necessitates the use of superior metallurgical materials; therefore, in manufacturing the agricultural machine frame, we utilize fine-grained Swedish steels S500MC and S700MC.

12. Laser processing of sheets, tubes, and profiles

The application of laser techniques in the production of agricultural machinery facilitates precise cutting in high-quality, hard sheets, where conventional chip drilling methods are challenging and costly.

13. Steel shot blasting and powder coating

Proper preparation of machine parts combined with powder coating ensures a durable and robust coating. Additional maintenance and complicated care are unnecessary.

14. Robotic welding

The precision and repeatability of machine components are ensured by automatic welding, guaranteeing the highest quality component manufacturing for you. Our advanced robotic devices enable us to perform the most demanding welding tasks.
