Front compacting and finishing rollers

Rolmako is one of the few manufacturers of cultivation tools offering a comprehensive range of front-mounted solutions, allowing tasks to be performed at the front of the tractor. A second machine can be mounted on the same tractor's rear lift. The rollers on the front three-point linkage in the SOLO version can be enhanced with optional tools such as a drag, SU tines, and various levelling drag variants. The working elements are safeguarded against excessive load by springs. The front joint permits the frame to turn. The rollers in the guides and slides are made of polyamide. An increasing number of farmers and service companies are adopting Rolmako tools for the tractor's front three-point linkage. These designs are well-conceived and continually refined to improve soil cultivation without additional costs. To create ideal sowing conditions and reduce the number of field passes required beforehand, it is economically justified to support the operation of the cultivation and seeding units by mounting various types of press rollers on the tractor's front three-point linkage.

Instead of dead ballast, perform the correct task at the front of the tractor

Rolmako offers a range of cultivation rollers designed for use on the tractor's front linkage. Solo rollers can also be mounted on the rear three-point linkage. The universal frame design accommodates any roller system available. Mounting the machine on the front three-point linkage enables simultaneous operations using tools at the front and rear of the tractor. The website features basic tools for the front three-point linkage. Rolmako can custom-make any machine to meet specific customer needs. Instead of heavy rollers, the manufacturer can install lighter pipe or string rollers. Machines for the tractor's front three-point linkage provide an efficient solution by performing additional tasks in a single tractor pass. Heavy rollers enhance the tractor's controllability, acting as front ballast.

The goal is always the same, to maximize the possibilities

Most agricultural tractors sold today are equipped with a front hydraulic lift. To meet farmers' expectations, our company has introduced various proposals for machines mounted on the front of the tractor, thereby increasing cultivation possibilities. All machines on the front three-point linkage of the tractor are equipped with a tower compliant with category II agricultural hitch. An optional attachment, in the form of a cultivator, supports pre-sowing cultivation. The combination of the roller and the harrow creates an ideal tool for cultivation work following ploughing. A special torsion mechanism built into the upper suspension system protects the tractor and the machine from excessive load. In Rolmako machines, all roller axles are machined for bearings with a diameter of 50 mm. Standard service roller bearings can be replaced with optional maintenance-free bearings. Passive tools allow for the effective improvement of work travels in the field. Using the machine on the front of the tractor, instead of front axle weights, enables better crop yields.

Machine construction

1. Three-point linkage

Three-point linkage compliant with ISO standards. The upper link connector features two positions for smooth operation and rigid transport.

2. Torsion Mechanism

A specialized torsion mechanism integrated into the upper linkage safeguards the tractor and machine from excessive load.

3. Leveling drag

The Crossboard drag effectively levels deep furrows and the soil surface. The tool comprises numerous cultivation tines made of special spring steel. The ends feature replaceable cultivation skids. The working elements' angle of inclination is controlled hydraulically.

4. Twin Discs

The discs cut crop residues, break up clods of soil, cover crop material, and level the soil surface.

5. PREMIUM working elements

The machine employs internationally recognized soil cultivation systems, utilizing readily available high-quality components from specialized suppliers.

6. Central roller support

The center bearing assembly reinforces the roller axis and safeguards against damage under excessive loads.

7. Shock-absorbing spring

The shock absorber permits the entire frame to deflect when excessive force is applied to the working elements of the machine on the tractor's front three-point linkage.

8. Quality steel

Achieving a high-quality final product necessitates the use of superior metallurgical materials; therefore, in manufacturing the agricultural machine frame, we utilize fine-grained Swedish steels S500MC and S700MC.

9. Solid oversized machine frame

The solid frame construction is the most critical element of the cultivation machine. The substantial amount of steel used in its construction makes these robust tools capable of utilizing the high power of modern agricultural tractors, ensuring many years of operation on the farm.

10. Laser processing of sheets, tubes, and profiles

The application of laser techniques in the production of agricultural machinery facilitates precise cutting in high-quality, hard sheets, where conventional chip drilling methods are challenging and costly.

11. Steel shot blasting and powder coating

Proper preparation of machine parts combined with powder coating ensures a durable and robust coating. Additional maintenance and complicated care are unnecessary.

12. Robotic welding

The precision and repeatability of machine components are ensured by automatic welding, guaranteeing the highest quality component manufacturing for you. Our advanced robotic devices enable us to perform the most demanding welding tasks.
