High quality cooperation with you is extremely important to us. Therefore, we inform you that on 25.05.2018, the enforcement of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) comes into force.

Pursuant to the Official Journal of the European Union L119 of 4 May 2016, we inform you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data is Rolmako Sp. z o. o., Henryk Kowalski, ul. Nekielska 11F, Psary Małe near Września, 62-300.
2. Your data will be processed for the purpose of:
- Execution of contracts, contracts for specific work, contracts for services, deliveries pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016
- For the purposes of debt collection, business planning, and bidding, in accordance with Article 6, Section 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016
- Marketing (with given consent) - pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016
- Financial and accounting obligations arising from legal provisions, including tax law, as stipulated in art. 74 of the Accounting Act, based on art. 6 section 1 letter c of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27.04.2016.
3. The recipients of your personal data are:
- Entities involved in order execution (forwarding companies, banks, debt collection agencies).
4. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years or based on the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator (data is processed until the processing for business planning purposes ceases) and, in the case of consent granted, until the consent ceases.
5. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Administrator, as well as its rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing.
6. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, refusal to provide it may result in the inability to conclude the contract.
