Cultivation tools
Cultivator tines
The ability to cultivate both shallowly and deeply is enabled by the use of appropriate working elements. The three beams on which the cultivation tines are mounted are spaced 78 cm apart, with the distance between the tines on each beam being 80 cm. The frame clearance, exceeding 85 cm, provides ample space for the flow of significant amounts of crop residue and soil, even at maximum working depth. The unit can be equipped with two variants of the working elements. Standard straight Delta-type mouldboards ensure optimal mixing. The AgriFlex tine with a mouldboard profiled to the right or left is designed for the best mixing of crop residue with soil. Regardless of the DELTA or AgriFlex tine, the chisels in both variants are available in boron steel, hard-faced, or with built-in sintered carbide. The densely spaced cultivation tines in each variant mix the soil with crop residue to a depth of 35 cm. Often, the field is ready for sowing after just one pass.
Knife roller
The knife roller mounted at the front of the machine in front of the cultivator tines is used for enhanced and intensive shredding of crop residues. The oblique arrangement of the knives ensures even distribution of the cutting force and, consequently, optimal work effect. Solid, maintenance-free bearings and knives made of boron steel are characteristic features that ensure long service life. The closed core of the roller is highly resistant to stones and clogging with crop residues. Double-sided knives sharpened on both sides reduce wear costs by half.
Spring protection
Basic screw protection can be problematic in areas with numerous obstacles. In stony soils, stone protection with maintenance-free, robust springs is recommended. When the tine encounters a stone, it moves away along with the leg, compressing the spring. Once the obstacle is surpassed, the wing coulters automatically return to their working position. Each tine independently responds to obstacles, and the spring helps minimize collision forces and quickly restores the component to its precise working position. Spring protection for the tines in the stubble cultivator is available as an additional option.
Leveling discs
Levelling the soil is essential for proper compaction. This task is managed by the levelling discs. Mounted on the beam in front of the tillage roller, they can adjust the distance from the working elements, which is crucial in high stubble and large accumulations of straw. Each disc can be individually adjusted and appropriately adapted to the working speed. The levelling elements are made of boron steel. The solid construction of the disc hub ensures long service life. A pair of edge discs for levelling side ridges is standard equipment for every stubble cultivator.
Spring comb beam
The manufacturer optionally installs a beam with a spring comb behind the disc section, ensuring the straw is evenly spread across the field's surface, thereby preventing areas of high straw accumulation that hinder proper cultivation. Uniform straw distribution is crucial, as it ensures consistent development conditions for the next crop across the entire field. The spring comb is an effective tool that enhances cultivation, offering optimal starting conditions for sown plants.
Aftercrop seeder
We equip our cultivation machines with catch crop seeders in partnership with specialists from APV, who provide a wide range of catch crop and fertilizer seeders. The complete product range and available accessories can be found on the manufacturer's website (https://www.apv-polska.pl). Utilizing APV catch crop seeders on Rolmako cultivation machines reduces unnecessary travel. APV devices ensure precise spreading of catch crops and subsowing, even in the smallest doses.
Tillage rollers
Kneading, compacting the soil, crushing clods, and leveling the field surface are the final stages of cultivation, performed by the rear roller following the working tools of the cultivation machines. The selection of the appropriate cultivation roller significantly impacts the entire work process and the functionality of the cultivation machine. At Rolmako, we offer a variety of cultivation rollers that differ in shape, material, external diameter, weight, and, most importantly, cultivation purpose. The choice of roller depends on the soil type and the desired cultivation outcome. Rolmako provides expert advisory services to ensure proper adjustment of the cultivation machine to the working conditions.

Maximum lifespan of disc bearings
The elimination of hub maintenance requirements minimizes maintenance needs and conserves time. Standard hubs can be substituted with SKF original maintenance-free hubs, offering three times the service life of other solutions. SKF quality ensures enhanced reliability, increased efficiency, and reduced operating costs. The service life of SKF hubs is substantially higher than that of conventional bearings, achieving this with relatively low ownership and operating costs. Composed of 100% bearing steel, the hub optimizes machine uptime and reduces agricultural machinery service costs.
Supporting wheels
Wide front support wheels deliver exceptional control over working depth, enhancing stabilization and offering additional support to relieve the three-point tractor suspension system. The large wheel diameter ensures smooth operation on uneven fields, guarantees precise performance with wide machinery, and positively impacts cultivation quality by stabilizing the machine during operation.
Hydraulic adjustment of working depth
Hydraulic depth adjustment ensures optimum comfort of use and significantly facilitates activities related to setting this work parameter. The hydraulic adjustment of working depth, which is easy and operator-friendly, is conducted using spacer clips on cylinders. This option is justified when frequent changes in the working depth of the machine's elements are required.
Tyre transport roller
The independent chassis can be replaced by a tire roller. This solution significantly shortens the machine's length, resulting in improved turning capabilities. The tire-transport roller, with its large diameter and excellent rolling properties, operates efficiently on loose soil, ensuring even and deep soil compaction as required before sowing. Solid wheels with a tractor tread are insensitive to stony conditions and enable trouble-free operation in humid conditions. The primary purpose of the tire roller is to compact the soil, enhancing water absorption. The mobile tire-transport roller is available for machines in the rigid frame version. The unit for no-plough soil cultivation with a tire-transport roller performs exceptionally well in challenging, humid conditions where smooth cultivation is challenging for most machines.

Various types of hydraulically folding frames
U 436 H STANDARD
The hydraulically folded mounted version is available in widths of 4.0 m and 4.5 m. The standard cultivator is designed to be mounted on the tractor's three-point linkage and cannot be converted to a trailed version. The tractor must be equipped with a lift with the appropriate lifting capacity and a front axle ballast weighing over 1000 kg (over 1200 kg in the variant with a heavy tillage roller). The classic frame design incorporates a body to which two frames with tines, discs, and a roller are connected. All working elements are raised vertically when folded into the transport position. The U 436 cultivator comes standard with a category III hitch. Due to the machine's high weight and length, the mounted version often requires the tractor to be ballasted with over 1200 kg at the front. The required ballast weight is largely determined by the tillage roller ordered for the machine.
U 436 H PRO
The mounted or trailedd version, hydraulically folded, is available in widths of 4.0 m and 4.5 m. The basic frame, mounted on the tractor's three-point linkage, can be expanded to a trailed version simply by attaching the drawbar and the transport trolley to the mounted frame. The working elements at a width of 3.0 m are integrated into the central body and remain in place when the arms are folded. The portion of the frame exceeding the 3.0 m transport width is lifted upwards. After folding the arms, the cultivator with widths of 4.0 m and 4.5 m achieves a working width of 3.0 m and is ready for operation. This machine variant is particularly effective in challenging soil conditions or with lower-power tractors.
U 436 HP
In the trailed version, when folded, the working elements integrated with the central body remain in place, while the rest are lifted by hydraulic pistons to the transport position. Massive profiles provide the frame with great rigidity and the ability to withstand substantial loads over extensive areas of operation. The supporting wheels are positioned in front of the roller. The U 436 HP cultivator features a small turning radius, a crucial parameter given its large dimensions. The machine is compact during road transport and field turns. Its stability is attributed to the proper weight distribution, achieved through the roller's placement behind the transport wheels. This heavy cultivator variant is designed for those seeking a robust machine with high efficiency and durability.
