The primary advantage of the multifunctional cultivator is its capability for both shallow and deep soil cultivation. The U 436 unit provides a wide range of functionalities. With a frame clearance of 95 cm, a beam spacing of 80 cm, and a substantial distance between the roller and working elements, it enables rapid, aggressive cultivation. The cultivator tine is optimized for mixing and traction power. Using a single device for both shallow and deep cultivation results in savings on investment and operating costs. Equipped with blades featuring undercutting wings, the Rolmako cultivator excels in initial, shallow soil cultivation.





A superior alternative to using a plow

The U 436 multifunctional tillage cultivator combines various tillage tools for no-plough soil cultivation, serving as an alternative to using a plough. Its design ensures universal cultivation, suitable for shallow cultivation, intensive mixing of plant residues with soil at medium depths, and deeper soil loosening. This versatility is enabled by the use of different working elements. The cultivator is available with either spring plough beam or Non-Stop spring protection options. It guarantees stable operation at a designated depth, thorough mixing of crop residues, and soil aeration.












A versatile machine tailored to your requirements

A notable feature of the cultivator is its versatility regarding the tools utilized. The machine can be easily fitted with coulters of various shapes, allowing for optimal adaptation to diverse requirements. Tines are mounted on three beams, enabling operation in different conditions and at varying depths from 5 cm to 35 cm. A significant advantage of the multifunctional cultivator is its capability for both deep and shallow cultivation. It is an excellent machine for single-pass cultivation. The working width and the ability to perform tasks quickly relative to individual operations provide economic benefits.

Machine construction



1. Rear LED lighting beam

Optionally, the LED lighting beam can be equipped with a license plate frame with illumination for machines that will be registered at the transport office.

2. Massive drawbar

Drawbar with swinging beam compatible with tractor hitch category III, optionally category IV. The elevated design of the drawbar facilitates the cultivator's entry into the soil. The robust, oversized drawbar ensures stability during both cultivation work and transportation to the field.

3. Drawbar hitch

Due to the incorporation of washers and bushings crafted from highly durable materials, the drawbar eliminates the need for lubrication. It features replaceable hardened hitch tips. Optional coupling forms include a drawbar eye or a K80 ball hitch.

4. Transport trolley

The transport trolley positioned in front of the tillage roller optimizes weight distribution on the machine, enabling efficient and smooth field operation and ensuring enhanced stability of the disc harrow during road transport.

5. Two brake options

Agricultural machines and their combinations exceeding a total weight of 3500 kg must be equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic brakes for movement on public roads. Machines surpassing this weight that are not equipped with such brakes are prohibited from traveling on public roads.

6. Cultivator tines

The cultivator features a Delta tine with a straight mouldboard and undercutters as standard. The optional AgriFlex tine includes a bent mouldboard profiled to the right and left, optimizing the mixing of crop residues with the soil. All variants of working elements permit operation at depths of up to 35 cm.

7. Spring protection

Mechanical Non-Stop protection ensures comfortable operation by eliminating the need for part replacements. Rapid upward tilt and return of the tine upon encountering obstacles maintain the set working depth.

8. Leveling discs

Behind the three rows of tines is a leveling section. Smooth discs are suitable for land with small to medium post-harvest mass, whereas toothed discs are more effective for larger plant residues. Both variants feature maintenance-free rubber cushioning and bearings.

9. Tillage roller

To cultivate the soil effectively, selecting the appropriate tillage roller is essential. The choice depends on the soil type and the desired outcome. Each roller variant is designed for specific working conditions.

10. Adjusting the working depth

The hydraulic adjustment of working depth, facilitated by spacer clips on the cylinders, is designed to be easy and operator-friendly.

11. Supporting wheels

For large machines, the manufacturer recommends equipping them with optional support wheels to better maintain the working depth and relieve the load on the tractor's hydraulic lift system.

12. Automatic arm lock

The transport lock is automatically engaged by a spring-loaded latch, which is released by a single-acting hydraulic cylinder.

13. Solid oversized machine frame

The solid frame construction is the most critical element of the cultivation machine. The substantial amount of steel used in its construction makes these robust tools capable of utilizing the high power of modern agricultural tractors, ensuring many years of operation on the farm.

14. Quality steel

Achieving a high-quality final product necessitates the use of superior metallurgical materials; therefore, in manufacturing the agricultural machine frame, we utilize fine-grained Swedish steels S500MC and S700MC.

  • Cultivator with a spring plough beam
    Spring plough beam compatible with various working elements, pipe roller Ø 500 mm. The machine is supplied with a heart-shaped coulter, other chisels available for the additional payment.

    Cultivator with the Non-stop spring protection
    Delta cultivator's tine (boron steel) width consisted of a chisel and side cutting plough shares, pipe roller Ø 500 mm. Hydraulic folding machine in trailed version is equipped with 520/50-17 wheels and pneumatic brake (with the trailer section in front of the roller)*. As standard the H and HP cultivator is equipped with hydraulic depth adjustment and lock for transport.

    *) does not apply to the PRO version, which in the trailed version has wheels mounted behind the roller and has no brake as standard.
