    A meeting with candidates for production roles lasts approximately 30 minutes. During the meeting, we will address your questions and provide detailed information. Our objective is to understand you as thoroughly as possible. The questions will pertain to your professional experience in previous roles, as well as your expectations and motivations. You will view the potential workplace, receive comprehensive information about remuneration, and, if the position requires it, such as for a welder, you will be invited to practical tests.

Subject to your availability, you may commence work within a week. The onboarding of new employees generally occurs at the beginning of the new month.

  • Is it possible to secure employment without prior experience?
    The company possesses numerous specialized machines, each necessitating specific training for operation. Individuals without prior experience with such equipment are also recruited to operate machines, including a laser cutter and a plasma cutter. New operators receive training from a qualified employee, who often commenced their role without any initial experience.
  • What does occupational health and safety training involve?
    General training consists of instruction explaining the practical health and safety rules at Rolmako. Its primary objective is to acquaint employees with the company's health and safety regulations, as well as position-specific guidelines and first aid instructions in the event of an accident. It also covers fire protection regulations. The training is conducted by Przemysław Wróblewski at the address indicated below.   • Pre-employment medical examinations?
    Upon accepting a job offer, you will receive a medical referral for tests pertinent to the specific job position. If the results are positive, the doctor will issue a certificate confirming there are no health contraindications for the role. You may undergo the medical tests with any occupational physician or with our affiliated physician, whose contact details are provided below. If preferred, our HR department can schedule an appointment on a mutually agreed date.
  • Does the company provide group insurance?
    Under the group life insurance contract, coverage extends to numerous events related to the life and health of the insured employee and their dependents. The premium is paid by the employee opting for additional insurance. Group insurance offers lower acquisition costs relative to the coverage scope and more favorable conditions than individual insurance. Detailed coverage information is available at the company's reception and the HR department.
  • I lack qualifications such as operating an overhead crane or a forklift. Am I eligible to apply for a position that requires additional qualifications?
    We arrange UDT training and examinations within our company as needed. All activities occur on-site, eliminating the need for employee travel. Upon passing the exam, employees will receive identification cards with the acquired authorizations.
  • What is piecework?
    Piecework is a remuneration system where pay is contingent upon the volume of work completed, reflecting the employee's efficiency. This system is considered fairer and more motivating than fixed monthly salaries or hourly wages. In assembly and welding, production workers achieve their highest salaries through piecework.
  • What does a practical test entail before commencing work?
    Certain positions necessitate a practical test, such as welder, lathe operator, milling machine operator, and painter. This is essential for both the employer and the employee prior to signing a binding contract. A practical test also helps determine the level of remuneration, which varies even for the same position. Our company also hires inexperienced individuals for training.
