The construction utilizes thick-walled profiles for robustness. A secure and stable transport is achieved by a supporting frame on two or four wheels, sized 10.0 / 75 15.3 PR. The single-axle header trolley is designed for transporting harvesting equipment with a working width of up to 5.5 m and supports a permissible total weight of 3.5 tons. The equipment includes wedges to prevent rolling. The 2-axle trolley with a swivel wheel is fitted with drawbar-supporting springs and a turnbuckle for adjusting the hitch eye position, facilitating easy connection by the combine or tractor operator. With the movable axle, smoothly adjustable drawbar eye, and extendable supports, the transport trolley can be adapted to various cutting systems. Optionally, the trolley can be equipped with four supports for larger harvesting units. The height of the axles and supports is adjustable to meet customer requirements, ensuring optimal alignment. The two-axle trolley for transporting headers features a drawbar with retaining springs, enabling quick and independent hitching and unhitching from the towing vehicle.
